Description:
Candidate will be responsible for receipt and issue of raw material ingredients and packaging material.
To check and receive purchased materials and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
Storage, preservation and coordination with Supplier & Production Team.
Timely reconciliation and entries in system.
Safe keeping as to quality and quantity of materials and maintain proper records.
To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
To check the book balance with actual physical stock at frequent intervals
Prepare documents for incoming material & outgoing stocks.
Physical stock (WIP) verification on monthly basis.
Handling & maintaining stocks in ERP.
Timely release of Raw / Packaging material.
Maintaining stock register
Can work in shifts.
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Description:
Preparation of all department SOPs.
Review of executed analytical data sheets, executed BPCRs.
Review of process validation protocol and process validation reports.
Take daily plant round and initiate continuous improvement in the quality systems.
Auditing & review of batch production control record
Handling of Change Controls activities.
Responsible for line clearances activity in plant.
Preparation of stability trend data and review of stability data.
Responsible for the review all documents and approving finished goods for dispatch.
Preparation of APR (Annual product review.)
Review of vendor questioner.
Preparation of Specification and STP for RM, IM and FP.
Knowledge of GMP/GLP guidelines.
