Job Details:
Overall responsible for managing the Factory operations and achieving company targets while implementing and sustaining all the requirements of QMS,HSE and statutory norms.
Optimization of all activities and resources so as to ensure and continually improve on Supply Response-OTIF with quality products and services.
Overall Control of Factory Operations.
Focus must on Inventory Productivity, optimization, best IR practices and cost.
Fully responsible for delivering the supply commitment to the business based on agreed supply/demand parameters.( Achieve Annual Production of > 10K T Admix, >10K T Powder & >200T Resin )
Note:
a. Attain multi skilling of workmen so as to ensure proper deployment in areas of high demand, with minimum losses and low cost.
b. Improve the Process to achieve highest Quality Standards on continuous basis.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Chemical or M.Tech - Chemica
*Candidate having expereince 8 - 15Yrs in Chemical Manufacturing Industry with B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
*PG in Operations Management will be a added advantage
ESSENTIAL
a.Knowledge of working in ERP
b.Must have working experience in Continuous Process, Batch Industry.
c.Must have experience in men management, Including Contract & Permanent workmen
d.Good communication skills
DESIRABLE
a.Working knowledge of Construction Chemicals Operations
b.Working Knowledge in Microsoft DAX ERP
c.Exposure of Multinational
d.Working Knowledge on Running MRP
