(i) Candidates sending the application form by post: The candidates submitting Paper application form should pay the fee by means of “Central  Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)”only and  "CRFS" are available at the counter of all  Post Offices of the country. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space  , getting the Recruitment Fee Stamps cancelled from the Post Office and  the candidate must submit their application form to the concerned Regional Office or Sub Regional Offices of the Commission in the usual manner .
(ii)  Candidates submitting their applications form online mode.

CENTRES OF EXAMINATION
Candidate must indicate the centre in  Application Form in respect of the Examination.  Candidate must be submit their application form only to the concerned Regional or Sub Regional Office of the Commission under   the Centre selected by their falls. Application Forms received in any other Regional or Sub Regional Office of the Commission will  rejected summarily.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
The examination will have consist of a WRITTEN  EXAMINATION & SKILL TEST in stenography.
